Shipping rates and charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination zone and size of your order, and will be displayed on your purchase summary prior to final payment confirmation.

Items in your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. As such, you agree to bear all Import Fees that may arise

 

Returns Policy

For all technical support enquiries and issues relating to returns and warranties, please email support@gonuu.com. NUU does not provide telephone support for these matters.

Pre-Order Cancelations: You may cancel pre-ordered items any time before the item ships. Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you want to cancel your order, email your request to order@nuubrand.com. Please allow two (2) working days prior to the planned shipment of your order for us to process your cancelation request.

No Refunds: Please carefully check your purchase summary and all final charges before confirming payment. We implement a strict no refund policy. Under no circumstances will we be obligated to refund you (whether full or partial) for items already paid for and shipped.

Warranty: All of our products purchased through our online store are covered by a warranty period of one year from the invoice date. The warranty information stipulated here shall be used in conjunction with the warranty sheet that you receive with the product.

If an item becomes faulty during the warranty period, under normal usage conditions, email support@gonuu.com with detailed description of the manufacturer defects or failures of the product(s) received. We will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number and you will be required to ship the product to our repair center in Hong Kong at your expense.

We will perform service and repairs, and we may or may not replace your item with a brand new one if it is deemed irreparable. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been subject to abnormal usage, or physical damage to cause it to become faulty. In these circumstances, the warranty is void and we will not be responsible for sending you a repaired or new item. If the warranty sticker on your device has been removed, the warranty is void, as is stated on the sticker itself.

If an item is completely faulty upon arrival, you may contact us within seven days of receiving the item to receive a possible replacement. Email support@gonuu.com with detailed description of the maufacturer defects or failures of the product(s) you received. We will issue you with a RMA number and arrange for the item to be picked up from you at your convenience or provide further details for returning the item. If we verify that the item is in fact faulty, we will ship a replacement to you free of charge.

*Note: You must obtain an RMA number before returning any item to us. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Ensure that you display the RMA clearly on the shipping label.

 

Delivery Policy

Items are fulfilled from our warehouse in Hong Kong, and delivereis are arranged using registered airmail via Hong Kong Post. Delivery times vary depending on the destination zone and postcode. On average, please allow a transit time of 7-10 business days. This does not account for public holidays in the origin or destination, nor does it take into account possible delays resultant from customs clearance.

 

Remarks

Please note that products (and accompanying materials) may not be in destination country languages, and may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from gonuu.com, the recipient is the importer or record and must complay with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

For all products shipped internationally, please be aware that cross-border shipments are subjet to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our service center.
