It's been over a week since we learned the sad news of Steve Job's passing, and although the initial shock has worn off, we're sure his name and legacy will live on forever. Far too often it seems that those who achieve greatness die before their time, and at just 56 Jobs was no exception. One week after his death and we're still reminded of this everywhere we go - whether it's passing a newsstand and seeing his face on countless magazine covers, or simply passing by an Apple Store or opening up Apple's homepage. We're also interested to see how TV specials will honor this influential man.

Whether you love Apple or are indifferent, there's no denying the impact that Steve Jobs made on the world of personal computers, smartphones, music, tablets, and even digital animation. In fact it's hard to tell whether NUU would even be here if Apple's products didn't have the reach and appeal that they do - an appeal that was created and spearheaded by Jobs himself.

As the first iPhone 4S units make their way into our lives, it's unfortunate that Jobs won't be able to witness the impact that new innovations like Siri will have. We don't know how many future products he had a hand in developing, but we look forward to finding out what's to come. We've lost an incredible visionary, but his legacy remains with us.

Steve Jobs R.I.P, you will be missed.
